Install failure using New boxed True image 2013 - system keep rebooting

Using Windows XP SP3. Installing True Image 2013. Halfway though, system just reboots. Now it just keeps wanting to reboot. I can not access anything on the computer. Acronis system loader loads but hangs.
Can not get into any Safe Mode either
I was shocked to read that Acronis will not provide any support for this version. I am lost, feel cheated by acronis for not supporting their product. I need some direction urgently.... legal matters pending and I cannot access my documents.
How do I get Acronis partial installation off the computer? OR, get it to finish the installation so I can use it?
