I just purchased the download version, but cannot ID the serial number which is required to activate the program. I reviewed my purchase order but that only identifies the product key and Cleverbridge number

I'm not new to this but I am at a dead end. Any help appreciated.

Got it guys-- Acronis uses the activation key so I got it working.

Would be easier to label the required input as serial number or product key. Acronis should correct this rather than have customers guess what they are looking for
