Installation failed
Thread needs solution
Downloaded and installed new version and all seemed to go well. Upon reboot windows 7 flashes blue screen and goes back to reboot. Started windows in safe mode with all drivers and discovered no hard drives installed.
Finally got windows to stop on blue screen and it says there are devices that need to be installed. got computer working with a prior restore point and older version back that works great. So now what do I do? not real happy about installing new version that crashes my computer
