"Installation incomplete"...I paid for this product...wont install!
Apart from the message above, which I get repeatedly every time I try to install the download ("True Image 2015 for PC", for 1 PC), I get other messages like:
"Failed to read file" and "Incorrect checksum of the downloaded page".
This is for the downloaded version of the product.
Customer service is abysmal...I'd like to contact Support by Email but they always redirect to FAQs, which don't help.
E.g. I've tried shutting off my PC and turning it back on, as well as restarting my PC. Neither works.
How do I contact someone to get a refund if I can't get this sorted? WHO do I contact to get a refund?
This is a nightmare!
P.S. I downloaded a 1.7 Mb file for Acronis...it seems small but it takes a LONG time to install (or fail to install). It's all I've downloaded of the product.

How big is the downloaded file supposed to be? I've downloaded quite a few files for various apps and I haven't had a problem with them. Just Acronis. Since I've already paid for the product, can you provide a link to where I'm supposed to download it? Like I said before, I've got the one for use on one PC. I'm on Windows 8.1.
How do you delete the Temp directory? Usually I don't have to do any of the things that you've said I should do when I download other products. I know how to clear my browser cache but if emptying the Temp directory isn't done via the browser, I'm not sure how to do that.
Lastly, if I don't want to pfaff about trying to get the Acronis to work, who do I contact about getting a refund? Don't really want to spend too much time on this when most other products don't involve this level of hassle.
