Installation problem (solved)

What has happened:
I installed the program - which worked - and tried to clone my SSD which failed.
I then tried to update my Version which is build 4xxx (OEM) to the latest 6xxx build which does not work.
I uninstalled the Version and tried the free 2015 Version but noticed that cloning is disabled.
I uninstalled the 2015 Version and tried to reinstall my 2014 Version and now run consistently into the error:
Installation has failed.
Schwerwiegender Fehler bei der Installation
The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it
