Installation Won't Start - Win7 x64
Here's what I know:
Installed a new SSD
Installed Win7 x64 ultimate
Installed True Image 11 to another disk (150GB Raptor)
Uninstalled True Image 11
Reformatted the Raptor drive
True Image 11 install exe will start, but I cancelled
True Image 2010 install exe will not do anything
I just bought True Image 2010 today because I am now on Win7. If I can't get this to install I guess I need my money back and I'll stick with True Image 11 until more of the kinks are worked out (like being able to install).

When you say 'it won't do anything', what doesn't it do?
What error messages if any do you get?
What build of 2010 are you using?

Hello,
Colin, tahnks for your help.
lefty, let me help you to resolve the issue.
I may assume that there's something wrong with the downloaded installation file and that's why it doesn't run. To make sure it is not the reason of the issue, I recommend you to check its MD5 checksum:
- Download a free checksum utility from http://www.irnis.net/files/xcsci.exe
- Unpack and run the application. Browse and select the installation package you have downloaded;
- Click the "Start" button;
- The MD5 value for Acronis True Image Home 2010 build #7046 must be 0a7f53da49bf03c45b8cb381999d64c4
If the MD5 value is not 0a7f53da49bf03c45b8cb381999d64c4 then you need to re-download your Acronis product.
Please let me know if the issue still persists.
Thank you.
