Installed TrueImageMonitor stops accessing from network
After installation of TrueImageHome Home 2010 on my Windows XP home edition, it stops other computers on my local network to access to the computer. The error is "Not enough server storage is available to process this command". Even Registry has IRPStackSize DWORD 0x00000032 (50)
If this problem can not be resolved, I will uninstall the TrueImage.
Ironically the tech support, Mayank Kakkar, response to my question "If I am coorect, after you installed Acronis True Image 2010 Home on your computer system, it stops the other computers on your local network to access this computer. The reason for the issue is that Microsoft Lanman Server has a fixed limit on the quantity of filters it supports. Since Acronis product installs some filters to work, the total number of filters can exceed the server's limit. Please follow the link mentioned below to fix this issue: http://kb.acronis.com/content/1554 "
The tech support probably can not read English or have no logical reasoning ability! The link http://kb.acronis.com/content/1554 which states how to set up the IRPtackSize up to 0x00000032 (50). It took 4 days to receive the useless response.
I am asking how to solve the problem as the IRPtackSize already sit to 0x00000032 (50), he tell me how to set up IRPtackSize up to 0x00000032 (50). It doesn't seem professional.
