Installing impossible of Acronis True Image 2015

Thread needs solution

Starting to install True Image 2015 for PC I got immediately the following message:
"You are attempting to install Acronis True Image 2015 on an unsupported platform. Please consult the User's Guide for a list of supported platforms."
In the User's Guide exists no list of supported platforms, may be meaning "Hardware requirements or Supported OSs".

So, what I am doing wrong, because I have a 'normal' PC with 'WINxp Prof' installed which works fine.

Why can't I continu Installing the software?

Thanks.
Chris

The following webpage lists some requirements: http://www.acronis.com/en-us/personal/pc-backup/#section_requirements

Supported Operating Systems: Windows XP SP3, Windows 7 SP1 (all editions), Windows 8 (all editions), Windows 8.1 (all editions), Windows Home Server 2011
System requirements: 1GB RAM, Processor Pentium 1 GHz or faster, 1.5 GB of free space on a hard disk
Configurations currently not supported: Windows XP x64

For "WINxp Prof", do you have SP3 installed? If you are using x64 version, it is not supported.

Thank you for your response. Indeed I did not install SP3. Now I did and True Image 2015 is working.

Now I have a small dispute with Joyrean about the offer at the Acronis site. "If you buy True Image 2015, you will get Disk Directeor 12 for free". But I only got the True Image 2015 key untill now. Joyrean promised me she will send me the key for Disk Directeor 12. I hope I will get it soon, because I should like to make new Partition arrangements.
Thanks again and good luck for every day!
