Internal error

Thread needs solution

When I try to run Acronis one click backup I get Internal error
& when I click for details all I get is:

(0x0)
Tag = 0x0

Very descriptive error message

Welcome to our Forum, it's nice to have you with us. I understand your concern, and will be glad to guide you.

This error was present in the previous builds of the product you're using, and it was fixed in the later releases, so I'd advise that you update your software. We have this issue addressed and described in KB, so you can find more details regarding the problem in this article.

Should the issue remain, please gather Acronis Info, submit a case with the information attached, and let us know it's number.
