interrupt the process to clone some partition

I clone my old disk with 4 partitions to anew one.

After 24 hour the system stand on the 4. partition by 25% and I'm waiting and waiting..

I think about to interrupt the process!
What will happens or what can happens?? do you think, I should waiting??
