Invalid Partition Size Cannot Create Secure Zone

I recently tried to create a true image secure zone, and no matter what drive I choose, the process ends with a reboot saying "Invalid partition size."

I have even re-sized my partition to see if that would make a difference. It did not.

Thing is, it used to work until recently when I turned it off to do some file and folder swapping.

Does any one have clue what and if anything can be done?
