Issue transferring ATI 2014 (Build 6673) License to a new computer. Old computer failed. Procedure hangs.

Hello,

I am trying to transfer my ATI 2014 license from to a new computer with Windows 8.1.

I downloaded and installed ATI 2014 on the new computer and now get the "Too many activations for one serial number." message at the bottom when I start up the program. I searched the knowledge base and came up with this: https://kb.acronis.com/content/34260

When I follow the following procedure: 1) Click on the Help Question mark (upper RH corner of program screen), 2) Click on "Activate" 2) Click on "I have installed True Image on a new computer". 3) Click on "Move license from another computer"

After doing step 3 above the pop up screen that comes up is BLANK! That's where this procedure hangs up! I've attached a screen capture of what I get.

Any solutions or suggestions I can try before I pony up for a Pay Per Incident support request will be appreciated!
