Issues Backing Up to Acronis Cloud
Hello,
I am having two issues backing up data to the cloud. The first is that my circa 20GB backup job appears to keep restarting from the same place every time I restart TrueImage. I feels like there are certain files I have uploaded over 10 times each and the setting is to keep only 1 version.
The second issue comes when I try to log in to my space on the cloud and see what has been uploaded to get rid of duplicates. I have tried many times over the last few weeks to get in to the cloud but the browser either hangs at the "recover my data now" link on the Acronis website or it hangs when I try to enter one of my backups with a "loading" icon on the screen for minutes.
I get these issues both in Internet Explorer 8 and Opera.
Please could someone provide some advice as I find over 2 months after first trying I still have not successfully backed up the folder I bought the software for!
