Issues with Bootable Recovery Media

Thread needs solution

Hi,
I just downloaded ATI free trial to see how it works and to see if it will work for me.
All I want to do is to create a boot-able DVD to restore all my hard drive (2 partitions) if I even need to recover it.
So I followed the instructions and was able to put everything on 3 DVDs.
So I tested the first DVD and it booted fine and got the splash screen and selected the recovery option.
Then I noticed a quick error message saying something like "Shared Library Error libpcap.so.0.9.4 unable to open file. No such file. No such directory"
Then another error saying "please insert the media with the last volume" and when I do that, nothing happen and if I click on cancel, then I go back to windows.
Any idea what went wrong? What do I need to do to fix this?

Thanks

Hello Andy,

Let me assist you.

First of all I may suggest you to validate the created backup archives to make sure they're not corrupted. Additionally, I recommend you to create a separate bootable CD by the means of Acronis Bootable Media Builder and try to validate and restore archives using it.

Please let us know the results of the validation.

We are looking forward to hearing back from you at your earliest convenience.

Thank you.
