I bought a acronis true Image Home 2012 long time ago. I barely used it (only once. It was long time ago)

today I tried to install it on a computer but changed my mind. Uninstalled it and installed it to another computer.

Now i have 'Too many activation issues.' I have no computers using the product (or installed)

I supplied the key to retrieve the email I used to register but it is not one of

1. mXXX.kiX@3XXearXXX.com
2. mXXX.txx@gmail.com
3. tXXXX@hotmail.com (I created an account with you today after the attempts)

because I am not getting an email.

I don't use anything else except for the three emails above for any purchases.

Could you look into this for me please?

I am replacing my harddiks to SSD and I really need the app to do this.

there is a chance I might have used AP learning email account but it's not likely.

Please let me know if you need the key.

I wonder if someone is using it.

I can look into the company book to find the exact date of the purchase if really necessary. (Used a credit card)

there are too many requirements to be met before getting to the support. not friendly support process..

Note if you registered hour serial number at time of purchase, your serial numbe is available to you now via your Acronis web account. The serial number will be listed under the email account # you used at time of serial registratiion.
