J can not uninstall Acronis True Image Home 2011

Hello,
I have installed Acronis True Image Home 2011 on my PC (Asus Zenbook with Windows 7).
When i will work witz Acronis i get the information: Arconis ist not installed.
But it is installed.
I want do uninstall Acronis. But it dos not work. E cannot uninstall.
I want to install new. But it dos not work. He says: Acronis ist installed.

Sorry for my English.
Is a Possibility to helb in German.
