Junctions in Windows 7 vs Acronis products

How Acronis 2009 handles junctions by default? Let assume I have a junction created on one folder (let say A). Will I have the duplicated data in my backup or Acronis 2009 gently recognises is as the junction and it won't be copied twice.

And how its made in different versions of Acronis?

Are you referring to partition image backups or files & folder type backups?

Image backups include the junction point. The actual data is at the destination.
