Just purchased True Image 2013 but can't install it - XP Pro SP3

Thread needs solution

Just been trying to install True Image 2013 after purchasing an extra copy for the old IBM Thinkpad T30.

At the moment I'm getting the following error:
Windows Installer could not be accessed

I have also just installed MS Windows Installer 4.5 Hotfix but it seems True Image cannot "see" it.

Any solutions before I ask for a refund.....?

I have the saved the error log file:
