Just Updated as told too...Acronis CRASHS immediately - 6055 Unusable!!

Thread needs solution

Hi there,

dreadful, I purchase a new upgrade to 2015 All I get is a backup system that crashes on start...

Then I'm told my support has run out on a just purchased upgrade and I must pay! Not a chance. Support should start from date of install NOT purchase....

Anyway, please see the attached video for my problem. Any thoughts?

Windows 8.1 fully patched, 16GB RAM 250GB SSD RAID disk...+ + +

I purchased a 3 PC license earlier this month and have installed on 2 Dell laptops, an old Inspiron upgraded to SSD and max RAM and a stock Latitude D630 with upgraded RAM. I have also installed the 6055 build recently and have had not problems. Both are running Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit. I backup to an Iomega NAS.
