Keyboard options in ATI 11 Rescue Media
Thread needs solution
My laptop's keyboard is all over the place when booted to the Rescue Media. It's a particular problem when defining exclusion criteria. How can you adopt different keyboard layouts when creating the media, or is the keyboard layout automatically detected from the machine in use?

What do you mean by all over the place?
If you connected a standard USB keyboard, does it work normally?
I don't have such a thing. I use a KVM switch for the two tower PCs, with a PS/2 keyboard plugged into it. The laptop is in a different part of the house and only has its own built in keyboard. Most of the non alpha-numeric keys produce the wrong character.
