Run chkdsk /r on each partition of that drive. If there are hidden partitions, assign letters to them so you can chkdsk.
Also run a drive checking utility from the drive manufacturer, as those sometimes catch errors missed by chkdsk.

I bought the Kingston 128 GB HyperX SSD and will be duplicating your efforts in a few days, when it arrives. Kingston tech help informed me (see below) that some of the older Acronis disks that they shipped with SSDs, MAY have caused cloning problems, and that if you have the latest Acronis TI 2013 installed, to use that instead for cloning. Or, if the prior suggestion in another reply to you didn't work, contact Kingston tech help on their web-site. They are very good and will help you troubleshoot the problem.

"Most of the problems with cloning our drives using the included software is that the drive may have come with an older Acronis version that has trouble with newer systems. We are shipping a newer version now but many drives still have the older one. If you have a full, up to date version of Acronis already, you should not have a problem."
