Hi,

I can't boot on a usb key with ATIH 2013 plus pack (build6514) to save a proface PS3710A computer (win xp sp3).

Error message :

Starting Acronis Loader...
This kernel requires the following features not present on the CPU:
pae
Unable to bood - please use a kernel appropriate for your CPU.

I read on the forum that it was a problem of compatibility between the Pentium M and ATIH. (PAE problem).

The 2013-07-15, a ticket was opened for the same incident : ATIHXOXIV-1931

Is there someone who can tell me what's the solution, please?

As you have Plus Pack, the best solution is to try WinPE-based media. It is possible to create a bootable USB stick based on WinPE media (e.g. https://forum.acronis.com/forum/9449 , and there are other guides on the internet)
