Level of encryption in TI Home 2011

Thread needs solution

I have used the Acronis TI Echo Workstation product in which one may specify the level of encryption and this utilizes a password presumably serving as the Key.

I have also used the TI Home 2010 product, in which to my knowledge it is not possible to specify the level of encryption, only to specity a password, and I am unclear whether this encrypts the file or simply password protects it. Also, I am unaware what level of encryption this performs if it indeed encrypts the file.

I wish to choose now between purchasing the 2011 Workstation product versus the 2011 Home product, and am trying to determine if 2011 Home allows one to specify the level of encryption and whether the file is actually encrypted or simply password protected.

Thank you

M.
