Limited Account prompts "Run as" shortly after login

Thread needs solution

An account set as Limited on Windows XP Pro SP3 generates a "Run as" prompt shortly after logging in. Set as Administrator accounts don't receive this prompt.

I cannot accept the solution to elevate this account to admin as a workaround so please don't offer that as Micro$oft has already pioneered this idea with careful thought obviously. https://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/windows/xp/all/proddo…

You don't have to elevate the account but iirc you need to elevate the program and run it as an admin. It's the kind of program the digs down deep enough into windows that it trigger s the need for special permission.

This doesn't give the user admin rights; only the specific program wil lhave them. If you create a task to run onschedule, you can add the admin credentials to the taks so that it can run without user intervention.

What kind of privileges does True Image need? I can grant specifics to the user's account profile if necessary to avoid the scheduler.

Also, the GUI front end application is the one requesting permissions correct? The Acronis service should be using a service account... I didn't check.
