On-line storage access lost after recovery

I have just restored my computer state to April 2011 using a full disk backup which I saved locally. Prior to the restoration, I saved all the data on-line and (fortunately) also locally. I do recall accessing at least the on-line directory shortly before the restoration.

Now, with my "April" state machine I am unable to log onto on-line backup. After entering username and password and clicking Log In, a Red X popup appears:
Failed to get the account information from database.
Check if the account is registered and set up correctly.
Clicking on the "Knowledge base" button brings a web page saying sorry, no info.
Signing onto my account shows that it is set up and that I am subscribed for on-line service for most of another year.

By the way, back in August when I renewed or subscribed to on-line storage (forget which) I had a lot of trouble accessing on-line storage, eventually resolved only via a help call with Acronis.

This service seems very fragile! Is is possible to
a) get around my current problem?
b) use Acronis in a way that gives a reliable and trouble-free user experience?
