I have just re-built my W8.1 PC (Quad Core, 16Gb Ram & SSD Main Drive), installed all the windows updates etc and then installed True Image 2014, installed the Acronis updates and then carried on installing all my other software (AV, Office, CyberLink etc...). The PC is now running as I want it so I thought I would backup the image, but it does not matter where I try and save the image (USB Hdd or internal 1TB drive) I get "This Location Requires Credentials". Any ideas please.
