Long delay before booting Windows 7 after cloning

Thread needs solution

Hi,
I upgraded my notebook with a new HGST 1TB hard disk instead of the old 250 GB, which had Debian Wheezy, Windows 7 Ultimate and Windows XP Professional installed.
I partitioned new disk with standard fdisk included in the latest Knoppix live CD, which supports the "advanced format" 4k sectors.
Then I simply copied my Debian Wheezy installation, installed grub on new disk, rebooted and everything works fine.
I cloned the Windows XP installation with Acronis True Image 2014, edited its relevant boot.ini because partition number have changed and here again everything seems to work fine.
I cloned also the Windows 7 installation with the same Acronis True Image 2014, but here I'm having a problem: after the bootloader starts the operating system I see just a blinking cursor on the upper left of my monitor and nothing happens for 2-3 minutes. Then Windows 7 starts booting normally.
I tried booting with Windows 7 DVD and let it repair the boot automatically many times, as well as issuing the following commands at the command prompt of the repair disk:
bootsect /nt60 SYS /mbr
bootrec /FixMbr
bootrec /FixBoot
bootrec /RebuildBcd
(yes, I wiped grub, but I can reinstall it after solving my problem)
but with no results.
Does anyone know how to fix this annoying delay when booting Windows 7?
Thank you in advance for answering.
