Lost Previous Backup Menu

Hi, not sure if there has been an auto update? Acronis literally runs in the background, so I don't have cause to open it on a regular basis.
When I last accessed it - maybe 3 to 4 weeks ago, it opened to a list of all my backups that I had programmed. I edited some to change email addresses etc.
Opened it last night - and there is only this option to back up my whole PC, or select drives / folders to backup.
Searched the program and couldn't find my programmed data to update / make some changes.
What are my options?? Start again!
Hope it is something I have missed
