Low disk space problem
Hi,
I have problem with Acronis True Image 2015 build 6525
The disk space on target drive is low. Backup operation starts and then no progress made.
All attempts to stop it pressing "Stop" button have no results.
So why "Stop" button don't works and how can I stop the backup?
Thank you.

Hi Alexander,
I've replied to your feedback on Amazon, but now we can continue communication here.
This is a known problem, that cleanup settings are not properly saved in build-in schemes.
Please edit your backup plan and select a custom scheme with desired settings including cleanup rules.
After that please re-start backup operation and check if it helps.
Also, if possible before doing that restart the machine in question and make sure that destination drive is available under the same drive letter that is selected in the backup plan.
If it doesn't help, please send a feedback through in-product feedback form attaching your system report and let me know about that.
Thank you in advance!

Basic function not works and it is "known problem"? Not fixed in same day you know about it?
"Stop" button not works is also known problem?
And in 2015 version it is no option to delete specific old backup version. Only option to delete entire backup?

So I selected custom scheme and restarted computer. But old backups not deleted automatically and it is no option to delete only old backups. So now i need what? To delete all backups and then i will have no any option to recover to versions before today. It is worst experience I had with software ever.

GH64. 71342: 2015 How to save a non-scheduled task.
Depending upon the type of backup scheme you wish to create, here is an example of each type. These can be set up for Disk image, or Partiton, or Files-folders backups. These example show how to set up automatic cleanup so the program will do the deletion after it reaches your set goal of how many chains to retain.
Editing an existing task is not recommended. Rarely does an edited task perform to user expectations. It is usually better to start with a new task using a new non-identical task name and point to a new storage sub-folder so each task has it own storage folder/sub-folder. Old task can be stopped or deleted from the task listings.
