Made image from windows xp "syspreped", used it on another computer and it wont boot.

Thread needs solution

I suspect it is something with MBR..
In the creating image process I included mbr as well.

How exactly it won't boot? BSOD (especially 7B ), "missing operating system", "ntldr is missing" , just black screen / etc ?

If it allows you to select boot mode when you press F8, it must be missing drivers. If not, especially if it behaves the same if you try to use the recovered disk in the origianal PC, then it's something else - mbr, bootsector, corrupted ntldr...
