Thread needs solution

On one client I Encounter error "0x0064022B..." when trying to setup mailing.

I checked all comments from FAQs (Firewall, virusscanner) and different mail addresses with different ports. Did not help on this special Client (Windows 7).

Do you have any ideas what to check / change?
