Main window vanishes offscreen and I can't get support!!!!

Thread needs solution

This is unbelievable. I have a serious problem with my new TrueImage 2015 in that after several weeks of working fine, now when I start it the main window vanishes offscreen. I purchased the full version with a year of tech support, but I can't get it. When I try to log on for support it tells me that I have no registered versions. But if I ask it to show me my registered versions, it lists them all! But just for fun I re-registered them all. But I still can't get support because it STILL tells me that I have no registered versions!!! How does this #$%^& company stay in business???

As for you main window vanishing problem have a look at this post starting with post #3. Seems some recent windows updates have caused some users similar problems.
