Making a USB recovery meda on a NTFS Format

Thread needs solution

Hi, I have searched this particular forum and unless I am blind ( which is a possibility :) ) I can see loads of questions asked but no definitive answer. Simply I want to make a USB recovery media on a 64 Gb USB using an NTFS format as my image is 9.7 Gb big. Now it doesn't have to be a 64 Gb stick, I can go to a 16 Gb if needed. Wanted to use the remaining space for files. Is this possible and which switches or commands to I have to make to enable this? I am using TI 2014 Build 6673

Any advice given is gratefully received.
TIA
Marc

When you use the built-in recovery USB creation tool, the USB stick will be reformatted. You have third party tools to make a USB flash drive boot directly into a ISO image (download that ISO from your Acronis account).
If you have the premium version, I really like the solution provided here https://forum.acronis.com/forum/54130. That provides you with a complete file management system on the USB disk itself.
