Microsoft Surface Pro 3

I cannot restore back to tablet from external storage drive. I have try activate Startup Recovery on tablet by using F11 when boot up. When I press F11 and sudden there is BitLocker Recovery Key come on and I lucky to have Recovery Key and type it to unlock. Seem it didn't work to recovery restore my tablet from Backup I make on external drive storage. It is useless now. Work ok on PC computer Windows 7 but not tablet. I have try USB stick Acronis Media Recovery, it didn't work that way as. As I understand tablet is new system due to Secure Boot UEIU booter system. Should I disenable Secure Boot to make Acronis Media Recovery USB work or activate Startup Recovery F11?
