Minor Issues with True Image 2010 Home

Thread needs solution

Hey there!

As I do not know how your bugtracking works, I post my minor issues here to get some help:

1) Creating an image with the bootable medium results in not beeing able to open the .tib-file in windows; instead I need to recover the .tib-file to see/work with the content
2) Closing the Linux-Version of True Image results in freezing
3) Not beeing able to backup to hidden partitions (neither in Linux-Version nor Win-Version)

I'm using current deployed build from the website!

Any help/feedback would be appreciated!

What OS are you using?

When you say you can't open a 'tib' file in Windows, do you mean you can't mount it, you can't explore it or both?

In Windows what is the error message you get?

Have you disabled Timounter in Services or MSConfig by any chance, in fact check to make sure this service is running as otherwise mounting won't work.

Using Vista x64 and XP x86. Neither mounting nor exploring is possible with Linux-created .tib-files!
Service is up running, as I can mount any other .tib-file which was not created via the Linux-Version.

Currently I'm @ work, so I can give you an specific error-message later. But, as I can remember, it tells me something like: Can't mount .tib-file, due to previous file is missing.
But there can't be any previous file, as I did a complete backup (no incremental thing).
