Missing Authentication Settings "Button" TI2009

I am using Acronis True Image Home 2009 and just added some drives to my home network, specifically for backups. A few months ago, I was able to setup automatic backups to these network locations--which have id's and passwords--but locations and names have changed a bit on my network configuration/location.

I cannot figure out how to A. edit the password information for existing backup tasks, and B. how to add the password information for new tasks.

When I open an existing networked task or start a new task, I get the enclosed popup mentioning an authentication settings button, but I don't see this on the toolbar now (see the second enclosure). Am I missing something, or is the software malfunctioning?

Btw, I am not talking about the name and password of the source computer, I am trying to add password and id information for the destination computer/server where the new backup information will reside.
