Missing drives when booting from CD
I know there have been several posts on this in the past, but none seem to be current.
I own True Image Home version 9 and, when I got it, it worked flawlessly from within Windows, but couldn't see my RAID when booting from the rescue CD. After many emails back and forth with support, they finally sent me an ISO from version 11 that worked and I've been using it ever since.
A few months ago, I decided to upgrade to 2010 version, thinking, "surely they have the fixes the did for me built into the product by now!" So, the first thing I did was create a CD and boot from it. Would you believe that the RAID shows up just fine, but now the plain old fashion SATA disk doesn't?!? Come on! Seriously??? How hard can this be? As before, everything shows up fine if I run the product under Windows, but that doesn't do me a lot of good.
So, I've read through the forum posts to make sure I'm not being stupid. I've downloaded the bootloader ISO from the web, and verified that it doesn't work either. I've tried the "acpi=off noapic" trick. No love. Honestly, I was so frustrated by this, that I tossed the version 2010 disk in the trash and went back to version 11. Now, six months later, I find that I'm feeling masochistic, and want to really fix this, finally. Any suggestions? I have attached the usual reports that are always requested.
Thanks,
Steve

Hello all,
Thank you very much for your posts. I will definitely help you with this.
GroverH, your assistance as always, is very much appreciated.
Steve,
We will definitely fix this problem for you. First of all, I would like to suggest to try the latest version of our bootable media which was updated in the beginning of June. If it still fails, please submit a support request with the same diagnostic information that you have posted here and ask the case to be escalated to our Expert team.
I will also send you a private message in a few minutes with a download link for the latest bootable media.
Please let me know if you have additional questions.
Thank you.

Thank you Grover and Anton for your help.
Anton, as I said via PM, the ISO you sent gave me the same results as the three I had tried previously. The three I tried (four now) are:
1) Rescue CD created from within the product while running under Windows - result: fail to see SATA drive
2) Boot disk created via ISO image. but some time ago, so not sure the build, and can't find the disk right now - result: fail to see SATA drive
3) Boot disk created via ISO image downloaded this week, build 7046 - result: fail to see SATA drive
4) Boot disk created via ISO image sent by Anton - result: fail to see SATA drive
Interestingly, every one of the four seems to have created an "AcroLoader" disk, while I was under the impression that the ISO I downloaded (at least) would have been an "IsoLinux" disk. I don't know if this is relevant, or was only regarding the older versions.
Regarding the suggestion to submit a support request, the web site wants me to pay for support since it has been over 30 days since I purchased the upgrade. That doesn't thrill me, as I have yet to get the product to do backup #1! I think the 30-day clock should not have even started yet, as I haven't been able to use the product due to a defect. So, I'm simply not going to pay for support, I would rather spend that money on some other company's backup software if it comes to that. I hope it does not, as I have been very pleased with Acronis as a company and the True Image Home as a product, in the past.
Thanks,
Steve
PS - Just in case they are somehow different under the hood, even though they fail in the same way, I am attaching a new version of the report, dumped just a bit ago, using the ISO image you sent via PM.

Could a BartPE or WinPE (if you have the Plus Pack) bootable media build possibly help in this situation? Hardware support is better.
