Missing files in Non Stop Backup

Thread needs solution

I have just installed a new external hard disk to allow room for non stop backup, which runs but misses two folders -
"My Pictures" and a sub folder of My Documents: "History".
They are not on the ignore list which is default. : .bak, .tib .~
a) How can I get it to back up these files ?
b) I can't see the back up files on the hard disk - how can I delete these if I don't want to use Non Stop Back Up again ?
They are taking up a lot of room on the external hard disk but with missing folders are pretty much useless.
Note - The folders back up OK with unscheduled task.
System: Del E520 Desk top PC; Vista, Hitachi 1Tb external hard disk. True Image Home 2010.

Let me assist you.

First of all, please note that all mentioned folders are jus a symbolic links. I may recommend you to try to restore them and check if the will be restored correctly.

If they won't be restored, please collect AcronisInfo tool output and submit a request to support.

Look under: C: Desktop > Users > (Your User Name) > My Pictures and see if they are there. That's where the "My Pictures" shortcut points to, assuming that your data is stored in the default Windows locations..

Are you backing up the folder in the above file path?

I can see my files on Disk C, but on the external drive where Acronis puts the backup the mentioned items are just not there.
(See screen shots attached).
I ran AcronisInfo Output Tool; it simply said List of Groups not found (this is a single user installation) and then closed.
AcronisInfo.zip has been created (7.2 Mb), which I have attached to this message.
It is not clear to me how to "Submit a Request to Support" except through this forum.
