Missing previous product version key
The school I'm acting for has recently upgraded to a new Windows server.
On the previous server they had Acronis True Image 9.1 with Universal Restore.
I've got them the upgrade product to version 10 of True Image (without the Universal Restore).
Installation requires the product key from the previous version. However, on looking at what has been registered, there are only 3 licenses registered:
1) True Image Maintenance
2) Universal Restore
3)Universal Restore Maintenance
None of these are accepted by the upgrade installation. The company from which they original product was purchases are uncontactable.
How do we get this key so that the school can use the software they have paid for?

Well Dimitry,
I've sent you a number of private messages with all the information I have. Any move on this? I've contracted our supplier re cancelling the upgrade and having a refund as there's no point buying a product we're then not allowed to use. If cancellation is the only option, we will then need to consider a refund of a portion of the original purchase as we should still be allowed to use this.

No worries, I will consult with Dmitry as soon as possible regarding the current state of issue.
I have also checked the database and was not able to find any reference to your Acronis True Image 9.1 Server for Windows.
I will update the this thread as soon as I receive the information from my colleague.

Hello Acronis team - I've a licence for Acronis True Image 2010 and am trying to install the software in my laptop. When I enter the serial number it tells me that I'm trying to upgrade and asks for the old serial number. I'm not sure what I should be providing there as I do not have any other keys to provide.
I'm trying to use this for the first time. I'd purchase it a while ago and forgot all about it until my laptop crashed last week which prompted me to now back up my data. Can you please let me know what I need to do to activate the license?

Perhaps you purchased the lessor price upgrade version which can only be installed upon a full prior verson.
If you do not own a prior version, then contact customer support and get their help in switching to the full vesions.The ful standalone version is more expensive than the upgrade version.
If you do own a prior version, then hopefully you registered the seriall number at time of purchase and that number would be available to you from your persnal Acronis account.
