More Tools option under Tools does not work any more

Suddenly the More Tools option under Tools does not work. Previously when I clicked on More Tools a list of utilities would pop up.
Now, although the "pointing hand" cursor appears above the More Tools option nothing happens when I click on it.
Any explanation for this? Any fix?
By the way, I really wish to avoid reinstalling the software and I do not want to lose my existing settings.

Start/All Programs/Acronis/Tool & Utilities

For what it's worth I'm having the same problem. However rather than it suddenly not working anymore it never worked. I realize you can access these same tools from the start menu so at least we're not left out in the cold. Still, this should work.

As you imagine, this not working is not normal. YOu migh want to consider using the TI 2016 cleanup utility (my signnature link 4 below) which will uninstall and cleanup any residue. A new install and new tasks needed afterwards.

Very late reply, but thanks. I gave up Acronis a long time ago for M..a..crium R..eflect. Less bloat, faster, just better all the way around. Worth the extra expense. Acronis is terrible, buggy bloatware (it wasn't at one time.... but times have changed).

I eventually gave up too. I did have a nice conversation with the Acronis developers with a bunch of suggestions, but later on with problems continuing I finally had to give up. I discovered AOMEI BACKUPPER and found it to work perfectly and do just what I needed it to do, including backups and also cloning my laptop's C: drive to a much larger drive.

To all users who are experiencing this issue - please tell me what exactly is the operating system that you're using and whether it's the English version of Windows or not.
There is an existing bug where the "More Tools" button does not work in localized versions of Windows XP.

I am running Win 7 Pro 64bit English version Service Pack 1 / Acronis Tru Image 2016 Build 6569.
Tools | More Tools worked in previous versions.
