Mounting partition image issue ?

Can someone throw some light my way.
Using TI home 2010 b7046 I'm wondering if the Mount fonction is performing correctly. My archive is made up of one full backup and 9 incremental backups. Folowing "Mount wizard" directives, selecting the last slice, or any other, I click "Proceed". After 3-4 seconds I get the message "Assigning drive letter was successfully completed" and that it, Windows Explorer wouldn't run as mentionned in the User guide, no confirmation as to wether image was connected correctly or not.(I must also mention that I never saw the "Optional comments option" in the wizard) Clicking "My computer" I see the VHD that I can explore but I really don't know if everything is included.

Should'nt the mounting activity take more time?
Full bu is 10 GB, incrementals 1.5 GB avg. Archive: ±23 GB
Free space on orig.drive: 25 Gb
Archive validate OK.

My system:
Windows 7 Pro (64)
The backed up drive (partition) is an SSD (NTFS)
Backups are located in Secure Zone (FAT) on a second mechanical drive.
Intel i7 860, 8 GB RAM

Mounting the backup only takes several seconds. It may or may not pop-up any "auto play" window for the mounted drive (I think it depends on the system settings). If you can browse it in Explorer, it should be okay. Compare it to the backup source if you need to.
