mounting problem of a valid backup-mounting program can not handle the backed up hidden restore partition
Before i start explaining my problem i want to say the following:
-I work with the trial version of true image 2013 and windows 7 64-bit
-i needed much more space for my backup than the program told me i would need (nearly double) even with the compressed set to maximum (could be because the partions where compressed under windows)
-I switched to disk mode to make my backup: the source mode tells me that the drive i want to backup consists of 7 partitions:
The 2 visible ones in NTFS mode
The 5 hidden partitions are in NTFS mode (2) for windows , 2 other are in EXT3 mode for linux and 1 is named 'unnamed' and is not formatted. The program states that this last partition can only be backed up sector by sector.
-I have made a valid backup of my disk.
When i wanted to mount the valid backup to see the content of it and scroll trough the folders, i get a error during the mounting process. The error says 'can not assign a drive letter to a partition from the backup archive'. It seems that the program can not deal with the restore partition of my laptop when mounting the backup partitions, because as soon as i unselect the hidden restore partition in the options menu of the mount wizard, the mounting completes without any problems.
-Before unselecting the hidden restore partition, the program 'microsoft click- to-run 2010' is mounted in a virtual cd-drive (the program is part of the hidden restore drive the program can not handle. After the error the virtual CD-drive is still visible with the 'microsoft click-to-run program.
-Later when only mounting 3 partitions with the mount letters R,S,T the are 6 partitions to unmount.
I have tried to run the acrosinfo.exe program and the acrosreport.exe program, but both crashed. Remember i work with windows 7 64-bit.
When running acrossinfo.exe in the window appears:
running with the default parameters
Failed to generate the report from log 'system'
Failed to generate the report from log 'application'
Failed to obtain the list of groups
Progress check 0 partition 100%
After this the program crashes

After unmounting and a restart, everything was back to normal.
I backed up the only hard drive i have, including all the partitions, visible and hidden, I can mount all partitions included in the backup with the exception of the hidden compaq restore partition. (i included a printscreen so you can see what kind of partition it is. I was able to download , install and run acronis report51.exe from a USB stick
-How do i start true image explorer?
-Another question: The 'acronis startup recovery manager uses the same F-button (F11) to restore the system as the restore partition of my laptop, what happens if i actrivated the acronis startup recovery manager? Will it overwrite anything?

Double-click a .tib archive.

Activating the Startup Manager is likely to overwrite your current F11 setting, you would need to change the Acronis setting in the config file located in the common programs folder.

Are you able to use the True image Explorer to explore instead of mounting the image?
If i double click the .tib file i can explore the image.
It's only with the mounting that there is a problem and even then only when the hidden restore partition is selected (all the other stuff was solved with a reboot)

The contents of the file was (see attached file)
Is it here that i have to change the entry key F11 into another F-key ? Also change the topic text into the F-key of my choose (i would make that editable in the future as i can imagine that there will be other pc with the F11 restore option when booting )
What about the files
f11.cfg
f11-grub.cfg
Will they still work when i change the F-key?
