I need help. I started using True Image Home 2011 to backup my system. I thought I had set it up to automatically back up my system. I am saving the back ups to a NAS system. I have about 1 TB of space on that system, and the system I am trying to back up is about 500 GB. I am getting an error when I try to back up now saying the destination drive is full. When I look at the NAS destination drive there are about 7 different archive files. I probably set something up wrong in the first place, but I cannot find what it is. I have been looking through the product documentation and cannot find what to do.

Hello Godzilla,

Thank you for your post, I will be glad to address it.

It looks like you have used the default backup scheme: version chain . It created one full and several differential backups, please check this chapter for more information.

In order to perform only full backups please select Backup Scheme -> Customer Scheme -> Full and select "Turn on automatic cleanup" to clear the space.

This should solve the problem.
