Multiple drives to single external backup: Is this possible?

I want to be able to backup two unique drives to the same external drive.

I have two Windows 7 laptops, am I able to install one license of Acronis True Image Home 10 on both machines and backup to the same external HD? Will there be any conflict with the license across the two desktops or a conflict where the first mahine's backup overwrites the second machine's backup?

I assume you are referring to TI 2010 and not TI 10.

This probably doesn't matter anymore, but to answer your questions:

To be legal, you should have a license of TI for each computer on which it will be installed.

There shouldn't be any problems saving backups from multiple computers to the same external drive. Usually, setting up different folders for each computer's backups is best. However, you can use multiple partitions.
