Multy Image Self extract by user choise

i need help with choosing the correct Acronis product ,
we are working in a development inviroment (corrently with symantec ghost) i would like to start work with acronis but it would have to provide a solution to the current situation , as i said we are working in a development enviroment which means that on a machine (computer) we have hard drive with two partisions 1 containing the CURRENT OS (will explain in a sec) and another containing Images of several operating systems for example Winxp x86 WInxp x64 Win 7 x86 win 7 X64 since it Lan env there is no personal data on the OS part and the users may install or Backup diffrent operating systems with a fresh image
When a user finished with a test on a specific OS he restores a ghost image from the other partition with a different OS !!! its NOT multi boot !!! there is only 1 active OS at a time but they may restore several times a day , as I mentioned now we are working with ghost and Grub to choose between the Current OS or ghost menu the ghost menu is actually a Dos menu with ghost parameters to self extract the wanted OS image but since it is dos (win 98 Dos) and we are at 2011 in a sec I would like to abandon the ugly dos interface and the fat32 format its making me save the images on Can you help me find an Acronis Product that will be able to allow me to self extract by one click and image stored on a partition of the hard drive ? I won’t mind continuing working with Grub if it is necessary , but the restore will have to by very very easy today it only 2 clicks one to enter ghost menu and the other is to choose the relevant image from a presented choices no browsing no searching I know its sound complicated so please tell me what is not exactly understood
