Must restart nonstop backup service to backup nonstop every day

ATI15 Build 6525, external usb 4gb drive, Intel, Win7pro 32bit.
Scheduling backups failed after one run. ATI15 did not notify of failure.
Changed to nonstop backup. Nonstop stopped after one backup.
ATI15 has Bang in GUI, hover reads Stopped.
After restarting nonstop service, one backup is performed. It make no sense to constantly restart the service every day.

Secondary issue, ATI15 generate system report runs forever (using 25% cpu, forever)

Thanks for all your help and support! I mean really...
Problem resolved by scheduling the nonstop service to restart each morning after the nightly 'nonstop' backup.

Secondary issue, if it hurts when you touch it, don't touch it. Will not initiate a system report as it just doesn't work, but ties up the system.
