My Backup List

Thread needs solution

I must be backing up properly as the backup appears on my external disk as intended. However the backup is not displayed in "my backup list" meaning there is are no options to validate, open location, delete, remove from list etc.  I've tried to add the backup (to the list) as an exisitng backup - but that doesn't work either? Any help would be appreciated.

Right click task name and choose the "opem location" which will open into your storage folder (storage target must be attached) and display all your backups created by that specific task.  If there, you have them. 2015 does not list like prior versions.

...on this PC, right clicking on the backup file in the storage folder gives me the following options: Mount, validate (already checked), and publish. Additionally, opening the Acronis 2015 program still does not show a validated backup file OR does it show the "recover PC" and "Recover files" option at the bottom of the screen like the other two PC's I have running 2015. Some was not done properly??

Please reread my positing above.

What I suggested that you do was to righ click on the task name.  You get to the task name by opening TrueImage and choose one of the tasks from along the left margin. In this example, right click on the task name along the left margin which produced the backup in question.

Consider posting a screen capture of your main menu showing the listing of your backup tasks.

Your last capture shows no evidence the program knows you have a backup.  It might be a good idea to browse to that tib file and perform a validtion.
  If it passes validation, then you might try the add feature again.

To be safe, I would create a new backup task and then perform a new backup.

I spent several more hours trying to sort this out without sucess then decided to to uninstall/reinstall the program - in fact twice!  SUCESS. All the programs functionality have returned. Thanks you for you help.
