"My Backups" menu not present

Thread needs solution

I upgraded ATI 2010 to 2011 on Windows 7 Home Premium. I deleted all my 2010 backups and started afresh. At first the "My Backups" link in the middle of the window had a down triangle next to it. Hovering, left or right or double clicking on the words or the triangle had no effect. Checked help and saw it should open a menu.

Reinstalled. Same problem.

Updated (sic) to Build 5519. Now the triangle is gone (see attached screen shot), and "My backups" fades when I hover over it, but still nothing happens on clicks.

Also, should this dialog be showing totals as BLANK? And shouldn't there be a recover link displayed?

Click on the operations tab of each task. Choose the "open backup location". If nothing displayed, then try browsing for the backup. There has been similar postings that once TI is aware of the actual file, that the details will show.

What happens when you double click on the task name. Is any of the backups shown in the timeline at the bottom of the new window?

Yes, that seems to have fixed it. Thanks for your helpful advice.

See the attached file for the most recent screen shot. Why would the D drive backup not show "Back Up Now" like the others? Also it is not editable. And the "My Backups" link includes a line under the text when I hover over it, but still doesn't do anything when clicked. Should it?
