"My backups" Tab Suddenly deleted all my backup profiles upon program restart

Hi,

B/G Info: W8.1, with latest ATI2015 Build - 6525.

So just now, I was using ATI2015. I wanted to have it as a pinned program on my taskbar so when the program was open I right clicked on it and selected "Pin this program to the start bar". I then closed the program. When I restarted it from the taskbar all my profiles were deleted and it had defaulted to the original set-up. I tried to close it and re-open it from the desktop where it was open previously and still all deleted. Pretty disappointing behaviour as I had to re-enter loads of specific settings for various backups.

When searching for a solution to this I discovered there isn't any threads on this, and also that in 2015 ATI users are unable to export settings and this was allowed in 2014 edition!

Has anyone any thoughts on the above or come across it before?

Update spoke with support. They were pleasant, but for almost an hour's back and forth, the outcome was to uninstall and reinstall the programme, which is a disappointing. (Similar to the joke in The IT Crowd!). Also they confirmed the inability to save a back of back up settings for ATI2015 - which I just cannot understand the logic of. Does anyone know a way of doing same?

In any case, does anyone know a way of examining the background service to see what backups are pending on it? I need this in my case as "My backups" tab is empty but there was recently backups going on it the background.

I'm having the same trouble. "My backups" cleared out all the backups I scheduled and if I add a new one it won't be there the next time I open ATI2015. The backups are still running successfully though, a least I think they are successful since the backups are present on my external disk.

Uninstall/reinstall, huh? I may try that as well. Will that get treated as a second install?

Just to update. I've stopped using ATI2015 and I'm currently trialling 11.5 which also has issues. So I won't be able to offer any more info.
