My Partitions - not backed up yet

Thread needs solution

My partitions is set as a weekly scheduled back up to an external drive. Every time I open Acronis it shows as not backed up yet.
Files appear to be on the destination drive.

See attached PDF for screenshots of setting etc.

How can I restore if I need to, if Acronis doesn't think they exist?

Help, please.

Look inside your "E:\" storage folder to see if you have any actual *.tib backup files with names which begin
"My Partition....._Full_B1_S1_V1"

Question:
In your backup task '"MyBackups", show show having 76 backup files. I hope these are 75 full backups and not 75 incremental files??????

Only 1 full back-up. Am I in trouble here? Have I set this up worngly?

I appreciate your help & advice :-)

GH25. Understanding differences between Inc and Dif for Safety

GH61. Validate from the TI Recovery CD

Validate the most recent both My-Partition tib as well as My-Backups tib. When the v1-2 begain, there was probems at that point.
The validationation results will help to indicate their health.

My_partitions_full_b1_s1_v1-2.tib
My_partitions_full_b1_s1_v1-3.tib

I would suggest you stop using these two partitions and start over with a new task and a differnet backup scheme. An example is below which provides automatic deletion of old backups rather than accumulating without cleanup as to what is currently happening.

GH12. Create Custom Incremental Backup Scheme. 6 Inc, Keep 4 chains. The 6-4 is an example only with user choice for whatever number of chains to be retained best fits the individual needs.
Note/example: If rule selected is "Delete older than 7 days" is selected, deletion will not begin until the first chain (7 files) is completed and entire chain is older than 7 days.
GH13. Create Custom Differential Backup Scheme. 2 Diff, Keep 2 chains. The 2-2 is an example only with user choice for whatever number of chains to be retained best fits the individual needs.

Point the new tasks to a new storage sub-folder and make a name change of the backup to something different than the default of My-Backup and My-partitions. Each new task should have a different name and a different storage folder or sub-folder.

Awesome advice Grover. Thank you for taking the time to come back to me.
I have created new back-up schedules with new names, folders etc with automatic deletion.
I cannot thank you enough for your help & advice :-)
